Alvan Bitumen Refining Company of Delijan, in accordance with the requirements of quality and safety control systems, has an operating license number 59930 and all valid certificates from the National Iranian Oil Company and the National Organization of Standards of Iran. It has production units, administration, facilities, storage tanks, laboratories, control rooms, unloading and loading, open and covered warehouses, and all industrial requirements according to world standards. By utilizing domestic resources and expert personnel, alvan Bitumen Company can account for about 5% of the country’s export bitumen production. Also, with an area of more than 5000 square meters, being located in the center and transit highway of the central provinces, it is one of the most important bitumen supply centers in the country, equal to international standards.

Alvan Bitumen Plant Delijan
This company has two separate bitumen production units with full refinery reactors and equipped with an advanced distillation column system. In its development plans, it is seriously pursuing the construction of 30-AC viscosity bitumen units and MC30, MC250, MC70 soluble bitumens, as well as light and heavy hydrocarbon production units. Alvan Company’s products currently include 70/60, 100/85 bitumens, road construction soluble bitumens, viscosity bitumens, and MC bitumens. The unit’s feedstock is solely vacuum butane (VB) produced in domestic refineries and petroleum-based solvents from Iranian refineries without any additives.

All the required tests in the quality control stages before production, during production and after production are carried out in the company’s laboratory on various types of bitumen by experienced specialists and experts using the latest technology and advanced devices according to internationally recognized standards.
